The staff were very friendly and willing to help.
The bed was quite small for a double bed and the mattress was hard and uncomfortable.

The location offered a serene mountain escape, with well-maintained rooms and really good dining service. Rules felt overly restrictive, making the atmosphere less relaxing than desired, and the check-in wasn't particularly welcoming. Despite these quirks, the quality of food and the attentive staff made it a nice experience.

The cottage cheese for breakfast was proper class, like a local gem, and the hiking trails just a stone's throw away were a lovely way to unwind with amazing views. Bit of a win-win!
Unfortunately, the dining options were a bit lackluster mid-week, and we faced a couple of hiccups with service, like slow reactions at reception.
