    helpful staff
    uncomfortable bed

The staff were very friendly and willing to help.

The bed was quite small for a double bed and the mattress was hard and uncomfortable.

Lovely hotel, amazing views and location is amazing near great walks, beautiful surroundings and the Belfast mountains. Overall the room is huge, spotless and includes tea and coffee making equipment, a multi-channel television, and a seating area. There is lots of reasonably priced food for breakfast.

    serene location
    really good dining
    restrictive rules
    unwelcoming check-in

The location offered a serene mountain escape, with well-maintained rooms and really good dining service. Rules felt overly restrictive, making the atmosphere less relaxing than desired, and the check-in wasn't particularly welcoming. Despite these quirks, the quality of food and the attentive staff made it a nice experience.

    delicious pizza
    amazing views
    hiking trails
    limited dining options
    slow service

The cottage cheese for breakfast was proper class, like a local gem, and the hiking trails just a stone's throw away were a lovely way to unwind with amazing views. Bit of a win-win!

Unfortunately, the dining options were a bit lackluster mid-week, and we faced a couple of hiccups with service, like slow reactions at reception.

    inviting atmosphere
    comfortable decor
    limited dining options
    breakfast variety

The Standing Stones Lodge offers fine views of the surrounding hills, and the quaint decor in the common areas creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it easy for seniors like me to relax and feel at home.

More dining options for breakfast would be appreciated.

The Standing Stones Lodge features a spacious room with a comfortable bed, offering fine views of the green hills. The staff was attentive, assisting in all my work needs. The restaurant provided a diverse menu with well-prepared dishes at reasonable prices.
